Today Bruiser won Best in Group at the International Championshipshow in Bleiswijk. Breed and group judge was breed specialist Hans Rosenberg from Sweden. It's always special to win a group under a breed specialist!

Sunday 30th october we went to Markfield in England for the winter open show and limited obedience show. It was Darwin's day, he won Special Novice and Special A, and became Best Obedience!!

It was for Bruiser the first time, he was okay during the warming up, but a bit confused in his round, he won 5th in Special Beginners. In the show Bruiser was 4th in open class.

I have a few new good results to report:

On october 14 Bruiser won the title Deutscher Bundessieger 2011 and became BOB in Dortmund!

Next day I started Darwin in obedience competition held by the Dutch Obedience Society, he won 1st price in Beginners! Thansk Peter van de Velde for this photo!

On the World Dog Show in Paris on july 8 Bruiser was best dog and won the title World Champion 2011 !!! Judge was mrs. Carla Molinari from Portugal. It was my 14th world title since 1989, and I won the last one with Andy in 2002, so I am over the moon to win the title again :) Bruiser is left on the photo, thanks Brenda v.d. Zwet for this photo

Bruiser's first workingtest PDF Print E-mail

On June 25 Bruiser did his first workingtest in Denmark, this was his debute too as I had never put him in any test in Holland before. There were 13 Curlies and 4 Chessies entered in beginnersclass, and Bruiser did a great job, he was 2nd behind a Chess, so he was best Curly of the beginnersclass!! I am very proud of this result. The next day he was reserve best dog at the Clubshow, so a wonderfull weekend in Denmark again.
